Shipping Policy

Typical Shipping
Rates are based on the packaged weight and shipping address for domestic orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our facility in 2-5 business days. Shipping rates and shipping transit times are estimated and are dependent on order size, destination, and the requested shipping method.

Please Note: Purchases made during a promotion, new product launch, or sale/discount might require additional processing time.

Shipping Method
Riven and Rose typically ships via USPS, but also utilizes UPS, DHL, and FedEx. For orders under 1 lb, regular ground shipping applies. For orders over 1 lb, Priority Mail is used instead. All orders are accompanied by an email confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking
It can occasionally take up to 72 hours for carriers to update their tracking. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at: info@rivenandrose.shop

Delivered But Not Received
If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the USPS directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

International Shipping
Riven and Rose currently does not offer international shipping.

Preorders
Please note: unless requested otherwise, orders containing preorder and non-preorder items will be shipped in the same shipment. Please allow for an additional 3-7 business days. Preorder items are indicated as such in the product page description. 

Free Domestic Shipping Option
The current free shipping option is for orders with an order value of $99+ (i.e. - before taxes and after discounts are applied).
